We believe strongly in our products and personal support. However, we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone in every case. So if we don’t convince you with our WordPress plugins and services, we refund you within 30 days of your original purchase. No matter what! Please note:
- Before proceeding with the refund, our support will help you correct the error on your website. To make this possible, we will request information in order to find out the cause of the problem and help you correct it. We may also request access to your site to validate the proper functioning of the plugin.
- We will process your refund as soon as we’re able to. In some cases we might ask you for the possibility to resolve the issue for you. That might help you and maybe also other users.
- Refunds may only be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days no refunds can be processed. Sorry!
- Refunds do not apply to product upgrades or annual renewals.
